Order Cancellation Policy
At VizoLook, we understand that sometimes plans change. This page outlines your rights and options for cancelling an order before it has been shipped. We comply with applicable laws in Spain and the European Union, including consumer protection regulations.
1. When Can You Cancel Your Order?
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- After the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may request a return after receiving the item (see our Returns Policy).
2. How to Request Cancellation

Please include your full name, order number, and a short cancellation request. We will confirm by email whether cancellation is possible.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If the cancellation request is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been processed.
4. Exceptions
- Orders containing customized or prescription lenses may not be eligible for cancellation once preparation has begun.
- If the product has already been shipped, it must be received first and then returned under the standard returns process.
