Delivery Terms

At VizoLook, we take pride in offering reliable and fast shipping services to our customers worldwide. This page explains in detail how we handle payments, packaging, dispatch, delivery times, and tracking. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Full Payment Before Shipping

All orders are processed only after we have received 100% full payment. We do not offer cash on delivery or partial payment options at this time. Once payment is successfully completed, your order will be queued for preparation and packaging.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice and a summary of the products purchased.

2. Packaging and Dispatch

All items are carefully inspected and securely packed before shipping. We use protective materials to ensure that your sunglasses, sport eyewear, or optical products arrive in perfect condition.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination:

  • Spain: 5–7 business days
  • European Union: 10–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: up to 30 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or courier-related disruptions.

4. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. If you provided a valid phone number at checkout, we may also send tracking updates via SMS (when supported by the courier).

You can also track your order manually using the form on our Track Your Order page by entering your Order ID and the email used during checkout.

5. Shipping Methods and Couriers

We partner with reputable national and international logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery. All shipments are sent with tracking, and some include insurance depending on the shipping option selected.

6. Pickup Option

If you are located near our fulfillment center in Granollers (Barcelona), you may choose local pickup during checkout. We will notify you by email when your order is ready for collection.

7. International Deliveries

For deliveries outside of Spain and the European Union, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

8. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or non-payment of customs charges, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping and reshipping costs.
