Returns and Refunds Policy
At VizoLook, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Spain and the European Union.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU and Spain)
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels and accessories intact.
- Returns of used sunglasses, sports glasses, or optical frames that show signs of wear or have been customized (e.g., prescription lenses) will not be accepted unless faulty.
- Hygiene seals (if any) must remain intact.

5. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or delivered incorrectly.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exceptions
- Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., prescription lenses).
- Items returned in used or unsanitary condition.
